Pendique Lockets Terms & Conditions
Your order is an offer to buy from us. By placing an order, you agree to our Terms and Conditions. Your statutory rights are not affected. Please check your order carefully to ensure it is correct. Please supply us with all necessary information relating to the goods you order within a sufficient time to enable us to perform this contract
Payment & Pricing
Payment is in advance through a Shopifys secured payment system. Customers are able to make payment using various payment options including Paypal, debit and credit cards and Amazon Pay. The price for the goods can be clearly displayed on our site in the currency selection option chosen by the customer and is linked to the most up to date currency convertor to show real time conversions. Orders are then converted back to £ GBP Sterling at checkout stage and prices may vary through Paypals own currency conversions. UK VAT is included unless we say otherwise. We may change the price of goods at any time.
If an item has been incorrectly priced, we reserve the right to supply the item only at the correct price. If we become aware after you place your order that a price is incorrect, we will give you the option of re-ordering the item at the correct price or cancelling your order. If payment has already been authorised but your order has not been dispatched when we realise an error we will offer to refund your payment in full.
If any of the goods are unavailable, we will notify you as soon as possible and arrange a full refund via your original mode of payment.
Prices may be subject to change at any time.
